Board Break-a-thon 10am-noon

We’re going to be breaking boards to raise money for the HU Lee Memorial Foundation, a scholarship providing organization.

We will be forming teams, made up of a Team Captain, with four team members. These teams can be comprised of children, adults, students, moms, dads, grandmas, aunts, uncles, business people – anyone! Each team will have a $100 entry fee, or $20 per person. Teams are encouraged to select a Team Name. On that day, we will be breaking the re-breakable boards, suited for each age group.

This will be an excellent time to invite friends and family to be a part of our Taekwondo Family. Start now forming YOUR team. There will be prizes for the teams who break the most boards.

All teams must pre-register. Checks must be written in the manner: HU Lee Memorial Foundation $50.00 and World Martial Arts $50.00. This is the expense of the re-breakable boards. Donation receipts will be given for the HU Lee Memorial Foundation as a tax write-off.

Cash will be accepted, and receipts will be given also.

This fun-filled day will be enjoyed by the entire shopping center. A live radio remote will be taking place, as well as the other businesses taking part. Put this on your calendar! This has the potential to be the largest event hosted by the ATA Black Belt Academy of Lake Charles.
